Upgrading your plan
When you upgrade, you choose a new plan, review its pricing and features, and complete payment through the secure checkout. Your license is activated as soon as the payment succeeds.Open the billing settings
In the web admin, go to Settings → Billing, then open the Plan Details tab.
Review available plans
Each plan card shows:
- Plan name and description
- Price and billing currency
- Features included in that plan
Complete payment
You are taken to a secure checkout powered by either Razorpay or Stripe (depending on your region and the configuration set for your account). Follow the on-screen steps to enter your payment details and confirm.
If the checkout does not open or you see an error, contact support — payment gateway credentials are configured at the platform level and may need to be enabled for your region.
Offline payment requests
If you have previously arranged a plan change through a bank transfer, cash payment, or another offline method, the Offline Request tab gives you a record of every request and its current approval status. To view your offline payment requests, go to Settings → Billing → Offline Request.What you see
Each row in the list represents one request you submitted. The columns are:| Column | What it shows |

| Billing cycle | The billing period the request covers |
| Payment method | The offline method you used (for example, bank transfer) |
| Created date | When you submitted the request |
| Status | Current state of the request |
| Download | Button to re-download the proof file you uploaded |
Request statuses
- Pending — your request has been received and is waiting for review.
- Verified — your payment has been confirmed and your plan has been activated.
- Rejected — the request was not approved. Contact support for the reason and next steps.
