Overview
- Choose which days you accept reservations (e.g., Tue–Sun)
- Set time slots for each day (e.g., 12:00, 12:30, 13:00)
- Set default status for new reservations (Pending, Confirmed, etc.)
- Require table assignment (or allow no-table bookings)
Prerequisites
- Tables must be set up.
- You need permission to manage settings.
- Open Settings and the Reservation tab.
Step-by-Step: Set Which Days Accept Reservations

- Go to Settings > Reservation tab.
- You will see each day of the week (Mon–Sun).
- For each day:
- Turn On if you accept reservations that day.
- Turn Off if you are closed or don’t take reservations.
- Click Save.
Step-by-Step: Set Time Slots
- In the Reservation tab, find the Time slots or Day settings section.
- For each day you accept reservations:
- Click the day to expand it.
- Add time slots (e.g., 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 13:30).
- You can add multiple slots; customers will choose from these.
- Remove any slots you don’t want (e.g., delete 2:00 AM if it was added by mistake).
- Click Save.
Step-by-Step: Set Default Reservation Status
- In the Reservation tab, find Default status or similar.
- Choose:
- Pending – needs confirmation
- Confirmed – auto-confirm
- Checked In – only if you want a different default
- Click Save.
Step-by-Step: Table Required
- If there is Table required or similar:
- On – customer must choose a table when booking.
- Off – booking can be without table; you assign later.
- Click Save.
Common Mistakes and How to Avoid Them
