This page covers how to sign in to the oFatoura web admin dashboard in your browser. If you work across more than one branch, it also explains how to pick the location you want to manage after you log in.

Signing in

Use the email address and password set up for your account when your restaurant was provisioned. If you do not know your password, ask your administrator or use the password reset link on the login page.

Open the login page

Go to your restaurant’s admin web address in any browser and you’ll land on the login screen.

Enter your email and password

Type the email address tied to your staff account, then your password. Passwords must be at least 6 characters.

Submit

Select the sign-in button. If your details are correct, you’ll be taken to your dashboard (or to the branch picker first, if you manage more than one branch).
Your email address is your username. Each staff member has their own login, so always sign in with your own account rather than sharing credentials.

Verifying your email

Depending on how your account is configured, you may be asked to verify your email address before you can use the dashboard. If verification is required, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation link. Open that email and select the link to confirm your address, then return to the login page and sign in.
If you don’t see the verification email, check your spam or junk folder. Verification, when enabled, is a one-time step per account.

If sign-in fails

If you can’t get in, work through these common causes:
  • Wrong email or password — double-check for typos, extra spaces, and caps lock. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Password too short — passwords must be at least 6 characters.
  • Email not verified — if verification is required, confirm your address using the emailed link before trying again.
  • Forgotten password — use the password reset option on the login page to receive a reset link by email.
If you still can’t sign in after checking the above, contact your restaurant administrator to confirm your account is active and that you have access to the location you’re trying to manage.

Choosing your active branch

If your account is assigned to more than one branch, you’ll be sent to a branch picker right after you sign in. This lets you choose which location you want to work in for this session.

Review your assigned branches

The picker lists every branch you’re allowed to manage. Your primary branch is highlighted so it’s easy to find.

Select a branch

Choose the location you want to work in. The dashboard, orders, reports, and settings you see will all be scoped to that branch.
If your account is assigned to only one branch, you skip the picker entirely and go straight to the dashboard.
Your branch choice is remembered for the rest of your session, so you won’t be asked to pick again every time you move around the dashboard. You can change your active branch at any time without logging out — see Switching Active Branch in the Web Admin.

Branch access and permissions

You can only sign into and pick branches that your account is allowed to access. oFatoura checks your branch access on every visit, so even if you reach a page directly, you’ll only ever see data for branches assigned to you. If you need access to another location, ask your administrator to add you to it.
