Most restaurants are set up by the oFatoura team, not by self-signup. Your details are collected during onboarding, reviewed, and then your live account is provisioned for you. You’ll receive your login link and staff credentials once that’s done.
The path from sign-up to first order
Your account is provisioned
The oFatoura sales team collects your restaurant details (identity, taxes, branch, hours, menus, staff, plan, and more) through an onboarding form. After review and approval, your live account is created and your credentials, login link, staff passwords, and table QR codes, are issued to you.
You log in and verify your email
Sign in to the web dashboard with your email and password. If email verification is required, confirm your email before you can continue.
You pick your branch (if you have more than one)
Staff assigned to multiple branches choose an active branch after login. If you’re tied to a single branch, you go straight to the dashboard.
