Promotions let you apply item-level discounts for specific menu items.

Promotion Types

  • Percentage Discount: e.g., 20% off an item.
  • Fixed Amount: e.g., $2 off an item.
  • Validity Window: Start and end datetime.
  • Active Toggle: Activate/deactivate without deleting.

Creating a Promotion

Access Promotions

  1. In the sidebar, go to Menu > Promotions.
  2. Click Create Promotion or Add New.

Define Details

Fill in the basic information:
  • Menu Item: Select the item to discount.
  • Discount Type: Choose Percentage or Fixed Amount.
  • Value: The amount or percentage to deduct.

Set Validity

  • Start Date: When the promotion begins.
  • End Date: When it automatically expires.

Activate

Make sure the Active toggle is ON, then click Save.
