Document assigning items to a station (bulk add modal, search, item type/variation/price), removing items, the Unassigned Items section, and quick-assign. Explain routing determines which printer receives the KOT (MenuItem kot_place_id). Note advanced kitchen-routing updates via the KDS API (Manage Kitchen Routing). Viewing Kitchen Tickets (All Kitchens and Per-Kitchen)
Cover the unified All Kitchens Kanban and per-kitchen views: columns by status, date-range filter, group by table/order-type/kitchen, search, SLA timers, item-level status when enabled, and cancel with reason. Permissions: Show Kitchen Place, Manage KOT.

Document KOT Settings (enable item-level status tracking, default KOT status pending_confirmation vs in_kitchen), KOT cancel reasons configuration, and marking a menu item as 86 (out of stock) with optional reason — propagates immediately to ePOS and the customer shop via cache invalidation, audit-logged.
