The Plan Details page gives you a complete snapshot of your oFatoura subscription — what you’re on, what it costs, how much of your allowance you’ve used, and what’s included. You can also cancel your subscription from this page. To reach it, go to Settings → Billing → Plan Details in the web admin.

Understanding your subscription overview

When you open Plan Details, the top section shows your active subscription contract at a glance.

Plan and contract information

Price breakdown

Your subscription price is shown in full detail so you know exactly what you’re paying for:
  • Base price — the flat plan cost
  • Per-branch price — an additional charge for each branch beyond what the base plan includes
  • VAT rate and amount — tax applied at the rate set for your account
  • Total with VAT — the final amount charged each cycle
If your account has a promotional rate applied, you’ll also see promo period remaining — how many days or cycles are left before the standard price kicks in.

Usage limits

This section shows your plan’s limits alongside your current usage, updated in real time:
  • Branches used / limit — how many branches you’ve activated out of the maximum allowed
  • Staff users used / limit — how many staff accounts exist versus the cap on your plan
If you’re approaching a limit, additional branches or staff members cannot be created until you upgrade to a higher plan. Contact support or use the Upgrade License button to increase your limits.

Included features

Below the usage meters, you’ll see a checklist of the features included in your plan. Use this to confirm whether a specific capability (such as inventory, online ordering, or analytics) is part of your current subscription.

Recent invoices

The Plan Details page also lists your 10 most recent subscription invoices so you can quickly check payment status without switching tabs. Each row shows:
  • Invoice reference
  • Amount
  • Due date
  • Status: Paid, Sent, Overdue, Draft, or Void
If an invoice is payable, a Pay button appears on that row. Clicking it takes you to the invoice payment page.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Plan Details page. A dropdown menu next to the plan title offers two options:

Open the cancellation menu

On Settings → Billing → Plan Details, find the dropdown menu next to your plan name or the section title.

Choose your cancellation type

Select one of the two options:
  • Cancel immediately — your subscription ends right away. Access to paid features stops immediately.
  • End of billing cycle — your subscription remains active until the current period ends, then is not renewed.

Confirm

Confirm your choice. oFatoura contacts your payment gateway to process the cancellation and updates your license expiry date accordingly.
Cancellation is processed through your payment gateway and cannot be reversed through the app. If you cancel immediately, you lose access to plan features straight away — there is no undo. If you think you may want to return, choose End of billing cycle instead.

Permissions

Only the restaurant owner or an admin user with access to the Settings module can view billing details or cancel the subscription. Regular staff and branch managers do not have access to the Billing section.
