A banner appears at the top of every page in the admin when you have an outstanding invoice. Red means the invoice is overdue; a primary-color banner means it is upcoming. Click the Pay button in the banner to go directly to the invoice payment page.
What each tab covers
Plan Details shows your current subscription contract at a glance: plan name, billing cycle (monthly, annual, or lifetime), contract start and end dates, price breakdown (base price, per-branch charges, and VAT), how much of any promotional period remains, your live usage against plan limits (branches and staff users), and a list of included features. Your 10 most recent invoices also appear here, with a Pay button on any that are outstanding. You can upgrade your plan or cancel your subscription from this tab. Purchase History lists every invoice ever issued for your account in a paginated table (10 per page). Each row shows the package name, billing cycle, payment date, next payment date, transaction ID, payment gateway, and amount. You can download a PDF receipt for any invoice. Offline Request shows all plan-change requests you have submitted via bank transfer or other offline methods. Each entry shows the package, billing cycle, payment method, submission date, and current status (pending, verified, or rejected). Upgrading Your Plan and Offline Payment Requests
Browse available plans, upgrade your license via Razorpay or Stripe, and track the status of any offline (bank transfer or cash) plan-change requests you have submitted.
