The WhatsApp Notifications module lets you keep your team informed automatically — from instant order and reservation alerts during service to daily sales reports delivered straight to staff phones. All configuration happens in your web admin dashboard under Settings > WhatsApp Notifications.
This module must be enabled for your restaurant and included in your subscription plan. Messages can only be delivered when a WhatsApp Business gateway is active. If the gateway is not yet configured, a warning banner appears at the top of the WhatsApp Notifications settings page — no messages will be sent until it is set up.

Set up recurring automated messages such as low-stock alerts, subscription reminders, and operations summaries, and schedule daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports delivered as PDFs to selected staff roles.
