Configure additional operational settings outside printer/receipt/reservation/payment pages.

General Config

  • App tab: Country, timezone, currency, customer-site language, and top-nav alert visibility.
  • Tax tab: Tax mode, tax-inclusive behavior, and tax table records.
  • Order tab: Order prefix format, menu image visibility, login requirements, QSR mode.
  • Cancellation tab: KOT/order cancellation reasons.

Setup Steps

Navigate

Go to Settings and open the tab you want to configure.

App Settings

Configure country, timezone, currency, and customer-site language, then save.

Tax Settings

Choose tax mode (Order or Item), set tax-inclusive default where relevant, and maintain tax rows.

Order Settings

Configure order-prefix format and optional controls like login requirements and QSR mode.

Cancellation Reasons

Add or edit cancellation reasons and define whether each reason applies to orders, KOT, or both.

Save Per Tab

Each tab has its own Save action. Save before switching tabs.
