These tabs cover restaurant profile, branches, currency, tax, theme, customer site, delivery, and order options. Use them during initial setup or when you need to change business details.

Overview

  • Restaurant – Name, address, logo, contact details
  • Branch – Add and manage locations
  • Currency – Set your currency and format
  • Tax – Tax rates and rules
  • Theme – Colors and branding
  • Customer Site – Online ordering page options
  • Delivery – Delivery zones and fees
  • Order – Order number format, POS options

Prerequisites

  • You need permission to manage settings (Manage Settings).
  • Some tabs are visible only to restaurant admins.
  • Changes take effect after you click Save.

Restaurant Tab

App settings
  1. Go to Settings and open the Restaurant tab.
  2. Update: name, address, phone, logo, time zone, currency.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Verify the name and address appear correctly on receipts and the customer site.

Branch Tab

  1. Go to Settings > Branch tab.
  2. Click Add Branch or Add Location.
  3. Enter branch name and address.
  4. Save. Repeat for each location.
  5. Use the branch selector in the header to switch between branches when taking orders or viewing reports.
Multi-branch note: Each branch can have its own printers, menus, and staff. Stock and inventory may be branch-specific if Inventory is enabled.

Currency Tab

  1. Go to Settings > Currency tab.
  2. Select your currency (e.g., USD, EUR, SAR).
  3. Set decimal places or format if the option exists.
  4. Click Save.
  5. All prices and reports use this currency.

Tax Tab

  1. Go to Settings > Tax tab.
  2. Add or edit tax rates (e.g., VAT 15%, Tax 0%).
  3. Assign default tax to items if needed.
  4. Save.
  5. Tax appears on receipts and in reports.

Theme Tab

  1. Go to Settings > Theme tab.
  2. Choose colors, logo, and branding for the customer site and app.
  3. Save.
  4. Preview the customer site to confirm appearance.

Customer Site Tab

  1. Go to Settings > Customer Site tab.
  2. Configure options for the online ordering page (menu display, checkout, delivery toggle).
  3. Save.
  4. Open the customer site link to verify.

Delivery Tab

  1. Go to Settings > Delivery tab.
  2. Add delivery zones and set fees or minimum order amounts.
  3. Save.
  4. Delivery options appear when customers order online.

Order Tab

  1. Go to Settings > Order tab.
  2. Set order number format (prefix, length) and POS options.
  3. Save.
  4. New orders use the updated format.
