Request Handling

  • Requests appear grouped by table.
  • Open the related table/order directly from the request card.
  • Mark requests as completed once handled.
  • Auto-refresh and real-time updates are available when configured.

Handling Requests

Open Waiter Requests

Go to Orders > Waiter Requests.

Review Request Card

Check table, elapsed time, waiter name, and linked order availability.

Serve the Table

Use the quick actions to open the table/order, complete the requested service, then click Mark Completed.
Pro Tip: Keep auto-refresh enabled on this screen during busy shifts so new requests appear quickly.
