Common Mistakes and How to Avoid Them
| Mistake | How to avoid |
|---|---|
| Wrong kitchen selected | Confirm you clicked the correct kitchen in the sidebar—each view shows only that kitchen’s KOTs. |
| Printer not assigned | Ensure this kitchen has a printer in Kitchen settings; otherwise KOTs won’t print. |
| Forgetting to update status | Mark items Ready when done so waiters know to serve. |
End Result
- Each kitchen can work from its own view.
- Staff see only the orders for their station.
- Less clutter and faster workflow.
