Use this section to maintain your delivery executive list and monitor their assigned orders.

What You Can Do

  • Add, edit, and remove delivery executives.
  • Set executive availability status.
  • View total orders linked to each executive.
  • Export the executive list (module/permission dependent).

Workflow

Open Delivery Executive Page

Go to Orders > Delivery Executive.

Add or Update Executive

Create or edit executive records with name, phone, and status.
Assign Driver

View Executive Orders

Click the orders count badge for an executive to open their assigned orders list.

Assign on Delivery Orders

In order details for delivery orders, select the delivery executive and save assignment.
Keep executive status updated (available, on_delivery, inactive) so dispatching stays accurate.
