Prerequisites
- The Inventory module must be enabled.
- You need permission to view Inventory Stock.
Step-by-Step Actions
1. Open the Inventory Dashboard

- In the left sidebar, expand Inventory.
- Click Dashboard.
- The Inventory Dashboard opens with summary cards.
2. Understand the stats
- Available items – Items above your threshold
- Low stock – Items at or below threshold (need restocking)
- Out of stock – Items with zero quantity
- Total value – Worth of current stock (if calculated)
3. Take action from the dashboard
- Use the links or buttons to go to:
- Inventory Stocks – Add or adjust stock
- Inventory Movements – View or add movements
- Purchase Orders – Create orders for low-stock items
