Overview
- View all KOTs from all kitchens in one place
- Filter by table, order type, or kitchen
- See order status (pending, cooking, ready)
- Update KOT status
- Print KOTs if needed
Prerequisites
- The Kitchen module must be enabled.
- Kitchen Places must be set up with assigned menu items.
- You need permission to view Kitchen/KOT.
Step-by-Step Actions
1. Open All Kitchen KOT

- In the left sidebar, expand Kitchens.
- Click All Kitchen KOT.
- The page opens with a list or grid of all KOTs.
2. View KOTs
- Each KOT shows:
- Table number
- Order number
- Items (for the relevant kitchen)
- Status (e.g., Pending, Cooking, Ready)
- Time
- KOTs may be grouped by table, order type, or kitchen (use the filter if available).
3. Filter the view
- Use Group by or filters:
- Table – see all KOTs for a table
- Order type – Dine-in, Delivery, Pickup
- Kitchen – see KOTs for one kitchen only
- The view updates.
4. Update KOT status
- Find the KOT.
- Use the status buttons or dropdown (e.g., Start Cooking, Food Ready).
- Select the new status.
- The status updates so waiters and POS know the progress.
5. Print a KOT
- If a KOT did not print, click Print on that KOT.
- Select the kitchen printer if asked.
- The KOT prints.
Common Mistakes and How to Avoid Them

| KOT not printing | Check Printer Settings and that each kitchen has a printer assigned in Kitchen settings. |
