Prerequisites
- The Report module must be enabled.
- Printers should be configured in Settings.
- You need permission to view reports.
Step-by-Step Actions
1. Open Direct Print Log

- In the left sidebar, expand Reports.
- Click Direct Print Log.
- The Direct Print Log page opens.
2. Set the date range
- Choose start and end dates.
- The list updates to show prints in that period.
3. View print records
- Each row may show:
- Date and time
- Document type (e.g., Receipt, KOT, Report)
- Order or reference
- Printer name
- Status (Success, Failed, Pending)
- Use this to verify prints.
4. Find failed prints
- Use the status filter (if available) to show only Failed.
- Check the error or reason.
- Fix the printer (e.g., paper, connection) and retry if possible.
5. Export the log (if available)
- Click Export if offered.
- Save for records or support.
