Inventory Stocks shows current quantities and lets you add stock entries.

Adjustment Types

  • View current quantity per item.
  • Add stock entries (stock-in).
  • See available/low/out-of-stock signals.
  • Sync stock with menu items via recipe mapping.

Updating Stock

Navigate

Go to Inventory > Stocks

Add Stock Entry

  1. Click Add Stock Entry.
  2. Select item and quantity.
  3. Add supplier and expiry date where applicable.
  4. Save.

Sync Stock and Menu Items

Click Sync Stock and Menu Items when needed so menu/inventory relationships are refreshed from recipes.

Review and Export

Use stock cards/filters to focus on low and out-of-stock items, then export if needed.
Use Inventory Movements for full movement history and transaction-type tracking.
