- Pending Confirmation: Ticket created and waiting for kitchen action.
- In Kitchen: Preparation has started.
- Food Ready: Items are ready to be served/picked up.
- Cancelled: Ticket or items were cancelled.

Items are assigned based on their configured kitchen place (when Kitchen module is enabled).

Track Status
Kitchen staff update ticket/item states as work progresses (for example, in kitchen, then food ready).
Configure printer and kitchen settings first to ensure KOT routing and output work as expected.
