# ePOS Waiter App Overview

> The oFatoura ePOS waiter and cashier app for tablets and phones — log in, take table orders, run the kitchen display, manage shifts, attendance, reservations, printing, and settings, all synced in real time.

The ePOS waiter app is the oFatoura point-of-sale you run on a tablet or phone on the floor. Waiters, cashiers, and kitchen staff use it to take table orders, send tickets to the kitchen, take payments, run shifts, clock in and out, and manage reservations — without sitting at a desktop.

Everything syncs in real time. Tables, orders, kitchen tickets, and printer status update across every device in the branch as your team works, so the floor and the kitchen always see the same picture.

<Info>
  The app mirrors your web dashboard exactly. What each staff member can see and do is controlled by the same roles and permissions you set up in the web admin — there is no separate set of app permissions. If someone can do it on the web, and they have the right permission, they can do it here.
